| 摘 要： | ELNino事件使夏季西太平洋副热带高压位置偏南 ,使我国夏季主要雨带南移 ,造成长江流域降水偏多 .ELNino事件有 19年韵律周期和 3 - 5年的振荡周期 ,而且ELNino事件发生当年 (即 0年 )、次年 ( + 1年 )及前一年 ( - 1年 )夏季降水状况明显不同 ,洞庭湖区的大水年与ELNino +1年具有较大相关性 .ELNino + 1年中出现大水年的条件概率为 62 .16% ,其可靠性为 80 % ,故前兆因子ELNino事件的+ 1年可以作为大水年的预报因子

| Abstract: | El Nino events deviated the subtropical zoneof the West Pacific Ocean and the precipitation zone of China in summer from north to south, and raised the capacity of precipitation in Changjiang River valley.El Nino events had a rhythm circle about 19 years. The year the fierce flood occurred in Dongting Lake Area had much correlation to that of generating El Nino events, and the possibility of occurring the fierce flood was 62.16% and the reliability is 80%.Therefore,the next El Nino year was forecasting factor of the yearoccur the fierce flood. |
