摘    要:
文章对32名女大学生进行12周麦西来甫健身操运动干预,在试验前后测量体成分并对焦虑水平进行问卷评分,结果显示:麦西来甫健身操对女大学生有减脂塑形的健身效果,可有效抑制女大学生焦虑水平的上升,增进心理健康。

Abstract:
There is a Maxrap aerobics exercises intervention which will take 12 weeks.The tests will be performed before and after the experiment,including body composition and anxiety.The results show that: 12 weeks Maxrap aerobics Exercises Intervention can effectively reduce the Female College Students’ body fat,inhibition of Female College Students’ anxiety level to rise,enhance mental health.
