观光农园旅游区开发与规划研究

观光农园是指充分利用农业资源而开发出来的既有农产品经济收入，又适合观光旅游的农业种植园，观光农园旅游区是由多个观光农园组合而成的，其开发和规划大致包括5个方面内容；（1）资源条件评价；（2）确定目标市场和开发方向；（3）功能分区及活动项目策划；（4）旅游产品规划；（5）旅游形象设计，成都市龙泉驿区是我国西部很有特色的观光农园旅游区，将其规划为六大功能区，设计了5大类旅游产品，并将其旅游定位为“中国西部桃之旅休闲度假的目的地”。

A Study on Developing and Planning of Agriculture Tourist Area

Tourist farm is a plantation developed on agricultural resources, which not only has economical income of agricultural products, but also be appropriate for tourism. Agriculture tourist area is made up of many tourist farms, its development and plan embrace fiveparts: resources evaluation, determining target market and developing direction, functional zoning and designing of action items, plan of tourist products, anddesigning of tourist image. Longquanyi area in Chengdu is a veryspecial agriculture tourist area in the west of China. In this paper, the areais divided into six functional zones, five classes of tourist products are designed, and the area is located as the destination of fallow and holiday: tourism of peach in the west of China.
