复数域指数自回归模型的图形识别方法

摘    要:一个二维任意封闭图形的轮廓在物理意义上可被看成是二维正交等周期非线性振动轨迹,并因此构造了复数域指数自回归模型。模型系数具备平移、旋转和比例不变性并与轮廓跟踪的起始点选择无关,另外图形轮廓的局部信息也包含在模型系数中。结果表明本文算法对相似图形和限制性手写体数字进行识别非常有效。

Abstract:The closed boundary of an arbitrary 2-D shape is considered to be physically related to the locus of a 2-D orthogonal nonlinear vibration with equal period, and hence a complex exponential autoregressive model is proposed to describe the 2-D closed boundary. The model coefficients are invariant to translation, rotation, scale and choice of the starting point in tracing a boundary, additonally, the local information of boundary is also reflected in the coefficients. Experimental results indicate that this model has superior performanace in recognizing similar shapes and constrained handwritten numerals.
