| Abstract: | According to the changes of library's services in the transforming period, in a short period of time, the traditional services and the modern services of the library will exist simultaneously, influence on each other, complement each other, and develop coordinately. Only by adopting a correct attitude towards the relationship between the traditional services and the modern services of the library, can the library cause be promoted to a higher levels continuously. |
