肾蕨叶表皮结构和气孔器发育的研究

摘    要:在光学和电子显微镜下对肾蕨(Nephrolepis auriculata (L.)Trimen)叶表皮结构和气孔器发育进行了观察.肾蕨成熟叶表皮细胞呈不规则形,含有叶绿体.气孔器仅存在于下表皮,每个气孔器有2个保卫细胞,但副卫细胞3~6个不等.仅有2个副卫细胞和保卫细胞同源.保卫细胞和副卫细胞都含有叶绿体.气孔器的发育过程可分为3个主要时期:1)保卫细胞母细胞形成期;2)气孔器幼期;3)气孔器成熟期.在扫描电镜下观察,覆盖在表皮基本细胞和气孔器细胞外壁的角质膜呈波纹状.

Abstract:The mature epidermis cell appears irregular waveform under light microscope and contains chloroplasts. Stomatal apparatus only exists in lower epidermis. Each stomatal apparatus has two kidney-form guard cells and 3~6 subsidiary cells. But in most cases, it has four or three subsidiary cells. Only two subsidiary cells origin in common with guard cells. Both subsidiary cells and guard cells contain chloroplasts. The development of stomatal apparatus may be divided into three stages relatively. The outer wall of stomatal apparatus and epidermis cell is covered with cuticular membrane which occurs waveform wrinkle under scanning electron microscope.
