| 摘 要： | 表象训练是一种心理训练，运用表象训练于撑杆跳高教学，是运用心理学原理进行体育教学的一次尝试，目的是通过表象训练加速撑杆跳高动力定型的形成，提高教学效果，缩短学生掌握技术动作的时间.
