| 摘 要： | 以亚磷酸三苯酯的二溴化物替代三溴化磷作为溴代试剂，成功地进行了３－甲基－３－丁烯－１－醇的溴代．反应容易控制，重复性好，后处理简便，产率有了明显的提高．指出了三溴化磷作为溴代试剂进行３－甲基－３－丁烯－１－醇的溴代的不适之处．所得溴代产物结构得到１ＨＮＭＲ波谱的证实．

| Abstract: | The use of bromine-triphenyl phosphite as the brominating agent for the bromination of 3-methyl -3-buten-1-ol is reported with this new method, the reaction was easily controlled,the isolation and purification of the brominatcd product were convenient, the yield was increased.It also indicated that phosphorus tribromide is not a suitable agent for the bromination of this kind of alcohol. The structure of the brominated product was confirmed by 1H NMR data. |
