沙田柚果肉提取物指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:用反相高效液相色谱法建立梅州沙田柚果肉正已烷和乙酸乙酯提取物的指纹图谱.用C18硅胶柱,甲醇-水/0.1%SAc作为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8ml·min^-1,检测波长254nm,梯度洗脱使沙田柚果肉提取物得到了较好的分离.达到指纹图谱的技术要求.结果表明:采用HPLC指纹图谱检测技术可有效的鉴别沙田柚的种类.

Abstract:To set up fingerprint of Ctrus grandis Var. Shatinyu Hout juice extraction which extracted with hexane and ethyl acetate using rephrase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. HPLC conditions were as follows: C18 silica column (150 mm×4.6 mm) as stationary phase ,methanol-water/0.1%HAc as mobile phase,flow rate of 0.8 ml·min^-1, and the detection wavelength of 254 nm. Most of compositions of the pomelo juice were separated, and the chromatographic fingerprint attain to the technique request of the fingerprint. Using HPLC fingerprint could identify pomelo species and quality by the chromatographic fingerprint of pomelo juice.
