土壤风蚀农业区实施保护性耕作技术的策略研究

摘    要:在中国北方干旱、半干旱及半湿润地区,土壤风蚀是土地退化的主要原因之一,土壤风蚀已经严重影响了农业可持续发展。因此,在土壤风蚀农业区实施保护性耕作技术已势在必行。保护性耕作技术的实施受到自然、社会经济、灾害等诸多因素的影响,本文在广泛征求专家意见的基础上,根据层次分析法构建了土壤风蚀农业区农田防治土壤风蚀的保护性耕作技术层次决策模型。研究表明,人口压力、农民因素、政府因素与科技因素是制约土壤风蚀农业区实施保护性耕作技术的最主要的四大因素,它们的权重值依次递减。由此,针对存在问题采取相应策略,对于土壤风蚀农业区实施保护性耕作技术将是有益的借鉴。

Abstract:Wind erosion is one of the main factors causing land degradation in arid, semi-arid and sub-humid regions in northern China. Because of wind erosion's severe influence on the agricultural sustainable development, conservation tillage is a measure imperative under the situation. Conservation tillage may be affected by nature, social economy and disaster and so on in dry farming regions. Based on the expert experiences, a hierarchy decision-making model of conservation tillage for preventing wind erosion is established in this paper using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The results indicate that population pressure, farmer factor, government factor and technology factor are the four factors influencing conservation tillage, with descending weight values, respectively. Therefore, in implementing conservation tillage, one should adopt a corresponding strategy for dry farming regions.
