| 摘 要： | 教育实习是师范专业教学计划不可或缺的重要组成部分。教育实习的质量和效果很大程度上取决于指导教师的工作。本文指出了当前教育实习教师指导存在的问题,分析了高校指导教师的作用、指导内容和原则,着重探讨了指导教师的选派原则和培训方式、内容。
