| 摘 要： | 金融危机来袭,中小企业的发展尤为困难,更需要政策的支持,特别在资金方面。这方面我国台湾地区在中小企业融资方面积累了大量的成功经验,其完善的中小企业融资体系充分发挥了融通资金、信用担保和辅导服务等功能作用,有效地解决了台湾中小企业发展中的融资困难,值得借鉴。
