| 摘 要： | 介绍了凌津滩水电站低坎泄洪闸的超大型平面定轮闸门的制作技术难点、工艺流程控制、闸门焊接变形的控制与校正、定轮支座的组装焊接、侧水封座板及承压板加工以及定轮热处理等，采用了有效的工艺技术措施，闸门制作质量优良．经过安装，运行情况良好．

| Abstract: | This article introduces the difficult points of the making of super-large type flat fixed gate of low release sluice,controlling of technological process,controlling and correcting of deformation of the gate,welding of fixed wheel support,making of side seal plate and bearing plate and thermal treating of wheel in Lingjingtan power station.Measures are effective in technology and quality is high in making of the gates.The working state is high after its installation. |
