精梳毛纱加捻颜色分析与补偿系统的开发

摘    要:捻系数不仅是影响纱线结构的最重要的结构因素,而且也影响着织物的视觉颜色.采用SPSS统计分析软件对精梳毛纱的捻系数及颜色亮度值进行分析,建立二者之间的非线性关系;同时利用位图的Alpha混合技术,对某特定捻系数下的纱线视觉颜色加以补偿,获得用户期望的纱线/织物的视觉颜色.

Abstract:The twist coefficient is not only the most important factor for the structure of worsted yarn,but also influences the visual color of yarn/fabric.SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) is employed firstly to analyze the relationship between lightness and twist coefficient of worsted yarn,and the non-liner relationship is established between them.And then,Alpha blending technique of bitmap is used for compensating the visual color of yarn/fabric.Consequently,the visual color of fabric would meet the needs of customers.
