机械镀锌技术研究进展及展望

摘    要:机械镀锌技术工艺简单、操作方便、成本低、无污染,该方法获得的镀层致密性好、结合强度高、耐腐蚀性能好,无氢脆,是一种较新的钢铁材料表面防腐技术.对机械镀锌中镀层生长机理、镀层性能以及镀层性能影响因素的研究进展进行了综述,并对其研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Mechanical steel and iron p without any pol arts. plating is a new The parts can be developed anticorrosion method for surface treatment of lution to the environmen ated conveniently with this method at a low price and The coating is a high tight-adherent compact layer with excellent anticorrosion property but none hydrogen embrittlement. In this paper, the growth mechanism and properties of mechanical plating coatings were introduced, the influential factors of mechanical plating coatings were presented , and the development tendency of mechanical plat- ing technology was prospected.
