| Abstract: | Based on the change conditions of the plants (forests) in river basin, human action influence on the runoff change is analysized and studied. Accordance to the cover degree of the plants and runoff value in holocene epoch and the modern era in Luanhe river basin, the runoff value in holocene epoch in luanhe river basin is calculated, It is concluded that the coverage of plants is in inverse proportion to the runoff change. |
