聚丙烯/蒙脱土复合材料热性能和动态力学性能

摘    要:用熔融混合法制备出聚丙烯/蒙脱土复合材料(PP/MMT),采用X射线衍射(XRD)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)以及动态热机械性能分析(DMTA)等手段进行分析,研究了相容剂马来酸酐接枝改性的聚丙烯对复合材料微观结构、热性能和动态力学性能的影响.结果表明,当相容剂含量达到一定值时,蒙脱土片层在聚丙烯基体中几乎全部以剥离或者无序的状态存在,复合材料的热性能、动态力学性能有较大的提高.

Abstract:Polypropylene/montmorillonite (PP/MMT) composites were prepared by melt-blending method, and the effect of the compatiblizer maleated anhydride grafted PP (MAPP) on the microstructure and the thermal and dynamic mechanical properties of these composites were investigated by using X-ray diffraction, differential scaning calorimeter, thermo-gravimetric analyzer and dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer. The results indicate that when MAPP attains to certain amount, an almost completely exfoliated or disordered structure can be found and the thermal and dynamic mechanical properties of the PP/MMT composites are remarkably improved.
