| 摘 要： | 中国企业发展过程中现有金融国际化的理论与策略尚不能充分的解释为什么中国企业在国际市场中竞争力不强的原因,因此,有效地借鉴国外的先进经验对完善中国金融国际化的理论和策略。促进中国企业在国际市场中增强竞争力有事半功倍之效用,本对二战后日本经济腾飞的原因以及不同时期的经济特点进行了详尽的分析,比较了中、日两国不同时期相同的经济发展状况,提出了对中国金融国际化发展的前瞻性建议及思考,尤其是在中国进入世贸组织以后的发展和对策。

| Abstract: | The existing strategic theory of financial internationalization in the development of China's enterprises does not explain very well why China's enterprises are not competitive in the international market.Thus, the use of foreign experience for reference could help China yield twice the result with halfthe effort.This paper closely analyzes the reasons for Japan's economic leap forward soon after World War 11. It also compares Japan and China and puts forward suggestions and considerations on effective ways for China to internationalize its financial sector, especially after China enters the World Trade Organization. |
