高原地区混合动力出租车运行适应性分析

摘    要:人工采集混合动力出租车和纯汽油出租车高原地区的运行数据,对比分析了燃油经济性并统计混合动力出租车动力系统的故障。结果表明:搭载ISG电机的混合动力出租车节油效果较明显,百公里油耗量较纯汽油出租车降低7.1%;高原地区运行的混合动力出租车动力系统主要存在传动系统故障、发动机系统故障和电机/电池系统故障,其中传动系统故障最多;传动系统故障将导致ISG电机功能失效,影响混合动力出租车的节油效果。

Abstract:The data of hybrid taxies and pure gasoline taxies running in plateau was collected. The fuel economy of the taxies was compared and the failures of power system of hybrid taxies were counted. The results show that the hybrid taxi which the ISG electric motor is installed saves fuel obviously, and the average fuel consumption of 100km reduces about 7.1% compared with pure gasoline taxi; there are three kinds of failures in the power system of hybrid taxi running in plateau, which is transmission agent, engine and motor/battery, and the failure rate of transmission agent is highest; the failures of transmission agent lead the ISG electric motor disabled, and reduce the fuel efficiency of hybrid taxi seriously.
