基于Intouch分流程统计电量的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了利用Intouch组态软件分流程来统计生产设备用电量的设计方案.通过PLC采集电能表发出的脉冲,并根据操作员在Intouch操作界面选择的流程标志信号,来实现对用电量分流程统计.应用XLreporter报表软件生成用电量的日、月报表供相关人员查询,实现了按照作业任务对用电量分流程统计,满足了对用电量细化管理的要求.

Abstract:This paper introduces how to apply Intouch configuration software to do a statistic work of power consumption of the production facilities based on the production process. By means of power high-speed pulses of electric energy meter collected by the PLC, and through the process mark signals in the Intouch operation interface chosen by the operators, the power consumption statistics on the basis of the production process are realized. The XLreporter report software is also applied to generate the work shift, daily and monthly reports, which are provided for the persons concerned to query. By way of the software, the power consumption based on production process is obtained, satisfying the demand of the refinement management.
