追溯“理论与实际关系”如何成为科技政策讨论的公共话语,将这一时期关于“理论联系实际”不同文本置于中国独特政治结构与文化范畴,对其内在意义或指称做出理解与解释,我们发现,内化于“理论联系实际”的双重功能预期,围绕“理论与实际关系”的讨论表现出的价值紧张,“理论联系实际”现实化引发的政治与发展间的冲突,使“理论联系实际”概念内涵在不断调试中变得模糊不清。最后,探讨了“理论联系实际”得以透过外在层面转化为科学家内在道德焦虑,进而转化为自我否定内在动力的独特文化与心理依据。

Dilemma About Defining "the Relationship Between Theory and Practice":The Conflict Betwenn Political and Developmental Directions

This article focuses on the following two questions: Why did the new government choose to deal with issues of science and technology policy under China's unique and conceptual and logic framework of "the relationship between theory and practice"? And in what sense could the difference between this framework and that of science and technology policy meet the demands of the choosers? The author begins with a review of the way that "the relationship between theory and practice" evolved into a common language for the discussion of science and technology policy. Then she analyzes the various versions of "the relationship between theory and practice" against the background of such a unique political structure and cultural domain, and expectations behind this relationship which tended to be of value shortage. Hence, the conflict aroused by the pragmatism of "the integration of theory with practice "kept tuning the concept and made its conation even more confusing. Finally, the author examines the unique cultural and psychological bases on which the "integration of theory with practice" became the ethical concern of scientists and was further transferred into the driving force for their self-negation.
