| Abstract: | The rapid development of technology network and electronic commerce brings about great conveniences for our lives, and at the same time it makes the protection of network individual privacy right facing unprecedented challenge. How to protect the network privacy right for network users and consumers maximally, but not hamper the progress of network commerce, has already become urgent and necessary problem facing government all over the word and law circle. |
