| 摘 要： | 德光不仅是一位佛教思想家和实践家,同时又是一位教育家。他是历代新喻籍僧人中最出色的一位。他天姿聪颖,少壮出家,参悟佛法,观机逗教,为临济宗的发展做出了自己的贡献。他法嗣遍布海内,甚至远播东瀛。他名满当时,广结善缘,与皇帝文臣有着广泛的交往,并留下了一些佳话。
