中华眼镜蛇毒抑制豚鼠至大鼠异种肾移植超急性排斥反应的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨中华眼镜蛇毒对异种移植超急性排斥反应的影响。方法观察质量分数为0.1%中华眼镜蛇毒(0.4mg/kg)腹腔注射豚鼠到大鼠异种移植肾存活时间、病理及血清补体C3的影响。结果中华眼蛇毒能延长移植肾存活时间、降低受体血清C3水平,减轻移植肾病理损害,结论:补体抑制剂中华眼镜蛇毒能有效抑制效制豚鼠到大鼠的异种超急性排斥反应。

Abstract:Aim: In order to study the effect of Chinese cobra venom (CCV) on hyperacute rejection in guinea pig to rat renal xenograft.Methods: 24 guinea pigs and rats were used for this study. 1% CCV at doses of 0.4 mg/kg i.p. were used in experimental group. The survival time of xenografted kidney. histological examination and the recipient serum C 3 concentration were carried out. Results: Chinese cobra venom (CCV) can prolong the survival time of xenografted kidney. decrease the recipient serum C 3 concentration and reduce the injure of xenografted kidney. Conclusion:CCV can inhibit the activation of complement and prevent hyperacute rejection.
