径流式有叶涡轮流量特性预测及试验研究

摘    要:介绍一般的涡轮流量计算方法,分析其不足之处.在此基础上,经考察涡轮流道上各种气体状态参数间的关系,提出一种通过联立方程预测涡轮流量特性的方法,并给出了该方法的求解过程.用该方法与涡轮台架试验相结合确定了流量系数随工况的变化关系,利用这种关系预测了几个径流式有叶涡轮的流量特性.试验表明,该方法是可行的,并且有较高的准确性.

Prediction and Test of the Flow Characteristic of Radial Vaned Turbine

Abstract:The conventional turbine flow calculation method is introduced and its shortcomings are analyzed first. Then through studying the relationship among the gas parameters along the flow channel of the turbine, a method of turbine predicting the flow characteristic using equations is presented. Steps to calculate the flow characteristics of the turbine using this method are also given. Combined with a series of tests, an experimental formula of flow coefficient is established. Finally, flow characteristics of two radial vaned turbines are predicted using this method, comparison with tests shows that this method is effective for radial vaned turbines.
