摘    要:随着高职规模的扩大 ,大批新教师担任了班主任工作 ,但在工作中新班主任往往存在着经验障碍、角色障碍、环境障碍、情感障碍、心理障碍等五种障碍 ,本文在分析新班主任的五种障碍后提出了工作的对策 :增加制度的保障力 ,增加思想政治工作的说服力和亲和力 ,增进教师的凝聚力及增添学院的生命力 ,从而不断加强新班主任的师德建设 ,以德治校

Abstract:As the scale of enrollment of higher vocational students is enlarged, a great number of new teachers are taking up the role of class supervisor. They frequently encounter obstacles from experience, role,environment, emotion and psychology. After analyzing these five obstacles to a new class supervisor.I propose the following measures: enhancing the guarantee of related regulations;strengthening the persuasive power and attractiveness of spiritual and political education;encouraging the cohesion among teachers; increasing the vitality of the institute and finally creating an environment for the professional moral education of new class supervisors and administrating the school with the help of morality education.
