| Abstract: | This paper expounds the connotations of the network information metrology, introduces the network link analysis, the measurement of web impact factors, and the problems existing in the current network link analysis, and points out that if we want to make the network link analysis become one of the most effective tools in the analysis on the network documents, should strengthen the research on its theoretical foundation and application method. |
