| Abstract: | The system of incentive constraint of China State-Owned Enterpriser is analyzed in the paper,and a game model of State-Owned Enterpriser and his responsible department is set up.The behavior selection of each other is also analysed with the game theory.We probe into the effective incentive constraint system of enterprisers in theory,and give a concrete method. |
