摘    要:优化了补肾活血颗粒中以补骨脂和丹参为代表的醇提组提取工艺。采用正交试验方法,以补骨脂中异补骨脂素和丹参中丹参酮IIA的含量为评价指标,优化提取工艺中的乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取次数和乙醇用量4个因素。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为加12倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5 h。该方法优选得到的提取工艺简单合理、准确可行,为后续的优选水提和制粒工艺提供了必要条件。

Abstract:We optimized Psoraleae corylifolia L. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. extraction process of ethanol extraction group in Bushen Huoxue Granule. We also optimized ethanol concentration, ethanol dosage, extraction time and extraction times in extraction process with orthogonal experiment and contents of Isopsoralen in Psoraleae corylifolia and Tanshinone II A in Salvia miltiorrhiza as evaluation indexes. Experimental results show that optimum extraction conditions are 12 times 70% ethanol and three extraction times, one and a half hours per time. The extraction process is simple, reasonable, accurate and practicable, and provides necessary conditions for subsequent optimization of water extraction and granulation process.
