| 摘 要： | 课外体育活动是学校体育工作的一个重要组成部分,有目的、有计划、有组织的课外体育活动不仅是体育教学的延伸,更重要的是一个学生自学、自练的体育参与过程。本文通过对课外体育活动的系统分析及课外体育活动系统的优化控制的研究,设计出了普通高校课外体育活动的可操作性模式。

| Abstract: | Eextracurricular athletics is now an essential part of colleges＇ physical education. As the extension of physical education, extracurricular athletics with clear goal, good plan and organization will help a lot with undergraduates＇ learning and practice by themselves. Basing on system analysis and research on system control optimization, a practical pattern of extracurricular athletics pattern in colleges was designed in this thesis. |
