广州与深圳服务业竞争力的对比研究

摘    要:城市竞争力是当前城市研究的热点,而服务业竞争力是城市竞争力的重要组成部分. 该研究对比分析了广州、深圳服务业发展的过程、内部构成状况的特点,确立了服务业竞争力总量、质量、贡献、成长力的指标体系,从总体上看,两城市的服务业竞争力水平相近,而从服务业的内部构成看,广州市以交通邮电为主的传统服务业竞争力较强,而深圳市以金融保险业和房地产业为主的现代服务业发展态势强劲. 在对二者深入分析的基础上,提出发挥优势、注重特色、优化结构、提高素质等进一步提升服务业竞争力的竞争战略.

Abstract:Urban competitive capacity is a hot point in urban research, and service competitive capacity is an important part of urban competitive capacity. In this paper, the process and the character of internal construction between Guangzhou city and Shenzhen city is compared, and an evaluation system made of total number, quality, contribution and development capacity about service competitive capacity is established. Generally, service competitive capacity of the two cities is similar to each other. But when the components of the two city's services were analyzed, Guangzhou has a stronger competitive capacity in the traditional service such as communication and post industry, whereas Shenzhen is more stronger in the modern service such as finance and insurance industry. Based on the analysis, it put up with some countermeasures to improve the service competitive capacity such as taking advantage of superiority, stressing the feature etc.
