| 摘 要： | 本文研究了琼脂中钙铁的火焰原子吸收分析法。讨论了分析测定中的一些因素的影响和基本元素的干扰及其消除方法，建立了一种快速、精确的用火焰原子吸收法测定琼脂中钙和铁的方法。通过回收率试验及与经典方法测得的结果比较，证明用火焰原子吸收法测定琼脂中钙和铁是可行的。

| Abstract: | Detemination of calcium and iron in agar by name atomic absorption spectrometry bas been StUdied. the influence of some factors on the precision of the determination,and the interference of the matrix elements and their suppression have been discussed. A method for rapid,precbe and accurate determination of calcium and iron in agar by flaml atomic absorption spectrometry is established. |
