论大中小学德育有效衔接的概念与标准

摘    要:构建大中小学有效衔接的德育体系,是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出的战略任务。大中小学德育衔接存在纵向衔接和横向贯通两个维度,与大中小学德育一体化、整体构建大中小学德育体系等概念既有联系又有区别。大中小学德育衔接是否有效,应以是否形成了一个整体的德育体系和网络为形式标准,以是否很好地实现了德育目标、对实现培育"四有"新人是否产生合力与合力大小为实质标准。
