| 摘 要： | 师生关系对高校德育成效具有决定性意义,是德育环境的重要因素.教师对待学生的态度在建立良好师生关系中起主导作用.为此,要确立以学生为主体的"学生观";对学生要有平等关爱之心;要用教师的人格力量影响学生,同时不忘教师作为活生生人的真实性.唯此,方能营造良好的师生人际环境,以增强德育的可接受性.
