摘 要: | 提出了一个输电网络扩展规划的非线性混合整数规划模型.目标函数是使新线路投资和运行费用之和最小,约束条件包含描述网络的直流潮流方程.本模型采用Benders分解技术求解,把原始问题分解为投资主问题和运行子问题,通过迭代求解主、子问题可以得到原始问题的最优解.并对6节点Garver系统进行了实例计算,结果表明该方法是正确的和有效的.

A Planning Model for a Power Transmission Network Based on the Benders Decomposition Technique |

Abstract: | A nonlinear mixed integer programming model for the expansion planning of a power transmission network is developed to minimize the sum of investment in new lines and the generating costs. The DC load flow equation describing the network is included in the constraints. A method based on Benders decomposition theory is used to solve the model. The original problem is decomposed into two parts, one is the capital investment in integer variables, i.e., the main problem and the other, the operating cost in continuous variables, i.e., the subproblem. The global optimum is obtained by iterative solution. A case study with the 6 bus Garver test system is carried out and the results show that the method proposed is effective. |
