榆林市环境与经济冲突分析研究

环境冲突是环境领域中广泛存在的现象，协调解决环境冲突是促进环境可持续发展的根本保证，本文运用协调理论模型对榆林市环境一经济冲突进行分析，结果表明：榆林市1991－1995年环境－经济系统处于较低协调阶段，但协调层次不断提高，冲突度不断下降；采用高，中，低三种方案分别对2000年环境效益指数和经济效益指数进行规划，认为若按中方案发展在2000年可以达到优质协调发展的中级阶段，另外文中提出了冲突度的概念。

STUDY ON THE ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENT- ECONOMY CONFLICT IN YULIN CITY

Environmental confict is an extensive phenomenon in environment,coordinately solving environmental conflict is the fundament of environmental sustainble development.The environment-economy conflicts in Yulin city in Shanxi province are analyzed on the basis of coordination theory.The results are that environment-economy system is in the primary coordinate phase,the coordinate level is becoming more and more better and the conflict degree is declining from 1991 to 1995.Having analyzed the environment and economy beneficial index in 2000 from three schemes,we conclude that it will achieve the middle phase of excellent coordination.In addition,the concept of conflict degree is defined in this paper.
