| Abstract: | When the P-control chart of W.A.Shewhart is used directly for the circumstanes with the uncontrollable system factors,it is impossible often to achieve the surveillance and control functions of quality characteristics in the business management.A new method to use the P-control chart under the circumstances is proposed in this paper. |
