原位聚合制备聚丙烯腈-氧化石墨烯复合材料

摘    要:采用Hummers法制备高氧化程度的氧化石墨烯,并用异氰酸苯酯对其修饰,丙烯腈单体在氧化石墨烯插层并进行原位聚合.采用FT-IR、XRD、TG及SEM对其复合材料的化学结构、结晶度变化、热稳定性及形貌进行了表征.

Abstract:Graphene oxide(GO) was prepared from flake graphite through liquid oxidation based on Hummers method.Graphene oxide was modified on its surface through the reaction with phenylisocyanate.And with azobisiobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initator,polyacrylonitrile-GO composite material(GO-PAN) was made by in-situ polymerization of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) between layers of PAN.The performance and structure of GO-PAN were investigated with FT-IR,TG,XRD and SEM.
