摘    要:作者建立了检测银杏内酯B(原料药)中石油醚(60~90℃)残留的方法.以甲醇为萃取溶剂,采用超声提取法对样品进行前处理,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法进行检测.结果表明:该法在5 min内能较好地分离石油醚的所有组分,样品的加样回收率(n=6)为98.8%,RSD为2.55%,低检测限为1.61×10-5μg.该法具有灵敏、准确、快速等特点.

Abstract:A method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of petroleum ether(60-90 ℃)residues(including ethanol and ethyl acetate) in ginkgolide B(bulk drug).The organic residues were extracted from samples by ultrasonic extraction with methanol and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that all the components were separated well in 5 min.The recoveries for spiked standards(n= 6) were 98.8%.The relative standard deviations were 2.55%.The detection limit was 1.61×10-5 μg.This method is sensitive,accurate and quick.
