| 摘 要： | 在矿山机械制造行业中,经常需要对矿用耐磨铸钢件进行焊接.而这种材料的焊接性能极差,给矿山设备的生产制造带来一定的困难.本文以ZG764/400重载可弯曲刮板运输机为例,通过分析其机头、机尾、过度槽的焊接过程,总结了耐磨铸钢件的焊接经验,制定了该类材料的焊接规范,保证了产品的焊接质量,可为此类材料的焊接提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | In the field of mining-machine manufacture industry, the mining wear-resisting cast steel usually need to be welded. It is difficult to weld the material in the production of coal mining equipment because the welding capability of this kind of material is no good. This article take ZG764/400 heavy-duty winding conveyor for example , summarizes the welding experience of wear-resisting cast steel though the analysis of the welded process of the machine head, machine tail, and interim slot, works out the welding criterion, ensure the welding quality, and set a good example for this kind of material. |
