在链条设计和制造中应用工程塑料的探讨

摘    要:在链条制造业中采用工程塑料,可以制成简单的链条零件,也可以制成复杂的链节。本文提供了它们的典型结构。在钢制链条的拉伸试验图上出现屈伏点,最大载荷峰值点及最终破坏点。在工程塑料链条(钢一工程塑料组合)没有明显的屈伏点。工程塑料链条的尺寸规格选用是根据作用张力,它区别于现有的链条(钢制链条)标准中所规定的链条最小极限载荷。文章还介绍了工程塑料链条用在联轴器上时所出现的特殊摩擦磨损现象。

Abstract:Engineering plastics can be applied to make simple chain elements or complex chain links.Their typical constructions are diccussed. In the load- deformation curve, the steel chain shows a ytelding point, a max stress point and an ultimate desmiction point, while plastic chain shows no yielding point.The choice of the dimensions of the engineering plastic chain is in accordance with the " Allowable Tension", which means the tensile foroe under which an engineering plastie chain may be safely working. It is different dri the minimam ultimate load definde in the present intemational standaxds. i. e. tLhe destroy load. The article also introduces the friction and wear ocoutring when the engineering plastic chain is used in the coupling running.
