摘    要:以稻秸为研究对象,将多种预处理方法结合在一起,选取其中影响稻秸发酵的关键因素———碱剂量(熟石灰的用量)、含水率和接种时间,进行3因素3水平正交试验,对试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析,确定了稻秸厌氧发酵预处理的优化工艺条件:碱剂量为6%,含水率为80%,接种时间为4 d.其中含水率对稻秸厌氧发酵产沼气的影响最显著,其次是碱剂量,再次是接种时间.并对正交试验中最优预处理条件下试验的日产气量进行分析,表明在优化的预处理工艺条件下,稻秸厌氧发酵启动较快,系统稳定,周期较短.

Abstract:In this paper, rice straw was chosen as the research object and it put many pretreatment methods unify in together. The experiments were carried out on effects of alkali dose (the dosage of the additive lime), water content and vaccination time which are key factors to the biogas production by anaerobic fermentation from rice straw and were designed on orthogonal combination principle with three factors and three levels. According to range analysis and variance analysis of the data the optimal processing parameters are as follows:the alkali dose is 6%, the moisture content 80%, and the vaccination time for 4 d. The moisture content effecting biogas production by anaerobic fermentation from rice straw is the first, the alkali dose is the second and the vaccination time is the third. In the optimal pretreatment conditions of the test, according to the analysis of daily biogas production yields and methane concentrations of producing biogas, it proved that the anaerobic fermentation of rice stalks starts faster, the system is stable and the cycle is short.
