摘    要:通过考察缓冲溶液pH值和显色时间对吸光度的影响,确立了氟试剂分光光度法测定水中氟化物含量的试验条件,同时用氟离子选择电极法对试验结果进行了比对,证明了用该方法测定水中氟化物含量是准确可靠的.

Abstract:Experimental conditions absorbance. At the same time, the demonstrated that the determination were established by investigating the influences of pH and colour time for experiment result was contrasted by ion selective electron method. It was of fluoride in water by alizarin complexone spectrophotometry was accurate and reliable, which is applicable to the determination of fluoride in water.
