摘    要:在氢氟酸电解液中采用阳极氧化法在多孔钛片上制备了二氧化钛纳米管束.考察了电压对二氧化钛氧化层形貌及温度对二氧化钛晶型的影响.制备的二氧化钛纳米管形貌,晶型及光催化性能分别采用SEM,XRD和光催化还原Pd2+沉积钯膜实验表征.SEM结果表明,最佳阳极氧化电压为30 V.在此电压下制备的二氧化钛纳米管长约为300 nm, 管径约为40 nm, 壁厚约为20 nm.XRD结果显示, 773 K退火后,二氧化钛为锐钛矿型;873 K退火后二氧化钛主要为锐钛矿型,含有2.99% 的金红石相;973 K退火后二氧

Abstract:TiO2 nanotube arrays on porous titanium have been synthesized in HF electrolyte via anodization method.The effect of voltage on morphology and that of temperature on crystal was studied.The nanotubes were characterized by SEM,XRD and photocatalytic experiment that reduced Pd2+ to palladium.The results showed that,the optimized voltage was 30 V,and the I-t curve was also determined.SEM result showed that TiO2 nanotube arrays with approximately 300 nm in length,40 nm in diameter and 20 nm in wall thickness have been formed.XRD result revealed that crystal of TiO2 was anatase phase annealed at 773 K,mainly anatase with 2.99% rutile at 873 K,and nearly rutile at 973 K.The photocatalytic activity of the nanotube annealed 2 h at 773 K was excellent,and palladium membrane with 0.6μm thickness was deposited after 12 h.
