摘    要:
同功酶分析作为一种有效的研究手段在研究物种的遗传进化中显示了极为重要的作用。本文主要以二倍体植物为对象,综述了同功酶分析的方法和原理以及利用同功酶资料描述物种遗传变异程度的指标。

Abstract:
As a powerful technique, the isozyme analysis plays an important role in study of genetic evolution and differentiation of biological species. In this paper, the method and principle of the isozyme analysis were introdued, and indices describing genetic variation among populations and among species were reviewed.
