| 摘 要： | 阐述了力敏传感器的原理,并利用力敏传感器测量了水的表面张力系数、固体和液体的密度,测量的灵敏度高,稳定性好,并可用数字信号显示,实现了非电量电测,对力敏传感器的实验研究有一定的参考作用.

| Abstract: | The principle of the force sensor is introduced,the surface tension of water and also the density of the solid and the liquid are measured.The measurement of the non electrics with high-sensitivity and good stability by digital signals is realized,it will be useful guidance for the experiment of the force sensor. |
