论几何参数公差及公差间的关系

本文分析了几何参数公差,以及线性尺寸公差与几何公差之间关系的国际标准的特点。提出将形状公差排除在定向、定位公差之外,线性尺寸公差从“极限与配合制”中独立出来的建议,以便使表面粗糙度、形状公差、定向公差、定位公差以及线性尺寸公差形成一套独立的体系。为满足机械零件各种功能的要求,可使形状公差对定向、定位公差,形位公差对线性尺寸公差发生一定的依赖关系。本文建议有关部门能按照本文的观点去完善几何参数公差及其之间关系的标准体系。

A STUDY OF GEOMETRICAL PARAMETER TOLERANCES AND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THEM

In this paper, the special feature of international standard of geometrical parameter tolerances and the relationship between linear size tolerances and geometrical tolerances are analyzed. It is proposed in the paper that form to- lerances should be excluded from orientation tolerances and location tolerances, and linear size tolerances should be independent of "the system of limits and fits", so as to make the form tolerances, the orientation tolerances, the loca- tion tolerances, the linear size tolerances an independent system. In order to satisfy the requirements of various functions of machine parts, the form to- lerances can be treated in connection with the orientation tolerances and the location tolerances, and the tolerances of form and position with the linear size tolerances. It is proposed that the standard system of geometrical parameter tolerances and the relationship between the tolerances should be perfected, according to the point of view presented in this paper.
