降价决策的系统思考及动力学仿真

摘    要:利用系统思考定性分析了降价决策所涉及的价格、市场份额、交期、产能、利润、质量等因果反馈关系环路,并构建了降价决策的系统动力学模型.通过实例仿真、定量分析,比较了7种情景下,价格、净利润、市场份额、交期、利润率等指标的变化,讨论了降价决策的适用场合以及需要综合考虑的高杠杆策略切入点,为降价决策提供了一定的参考依据.

Abstract:To study the feedback mechanism of lower price decision, the causal feedback loops in lower price decision system are analyzed by System Thinking, and the System Dynamics model of lower price decision is developed. Then, the dynamic behavior patterns of market share, price, lead time and net income are quantitatively studied and compared through the practical case simulations on seven scenarios. The results show that lower price decision is a kind of short-term strategy, and such decision variables as net income, lead time and plant capacity are considered in decision.
