| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非静脉曲张性上消化道出血急诊内镜的诊治意义及价值．方法：对上消化道出血患者，急诊内镜检查明确病因及出血部位。然后根据不同情况选择适当止血方法，行内镜下止血治疗．结果：191例患者中，182例明确诊断。确诊率97．6％．并对其中63例内镜下可见活动性出血灶的患者行内镜下止血治疗，有效58例，再出血5例，止血有效率为92．1％。再出血率为7．9％．结论：对上消化道出血的患者行急诊内镜的诊治是安全可靠的。确诊率和止血率很高。再出血率相对较低，值得临床广泛应用．

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the availability of endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of nonphlebeurysma-induced upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).Methods:The etiopathogenisis and location of UGIB were determined through endoscopy.Then proper hemostasises were applied through endoscopy according to concrete conditions.Results:182 patients of UGIB were confirmed from 191 patients through endoscopy with the accuracy of 97.6%.Among verified ones,63 patients with active bleeding were stopped bleeding through endoscopy.The achievement ratio of hemostasis is 92.1%(58 patients),and the relapse rate is 7.9%(5 patients).Conclusion:It is assumed that hemostasis through endoscopy is a safe and an effective means for UGIB.Its accuracy and achievement ratio are very high. |
