摘    要:研究了温度和pH值对菌丝体生长和胞外多糖的影响,结果表明温度和pH值对二者均有较大的影响,其中,温度影响相对较大。

Abstract:We studied the effects of temperature and pH on the growth of mycelium and content of extracellular pohysaccharide. The results showed that tcmpcratruc and pH had a great effect on them and the former was more than the latter.
